Our Veda Campus Price Promise establishes how we communicate pricing changes and protects eligible recurring members from immediate price increases.

Our Price Promise
Veda Campus believes that pricing should be transparent, predictable, and communicated honestly.
Our prices may change as Veda Campus grows, improves its technology, expands support, adds new capabilities, or introduces new programs. When pricing changes, we will clearly communicate what is changing, when it takes effect, and who is affected.
We also believe loyal recurring members deserve a reasonable transition period. Eligible recurring members who were active subscribers as of December 31 immediately preceding a new calendar year's pricing will receive Price Protection at their existing subscription price for 5 additional months into the new calendar year, provided they maintain uninterrupted recurring membership.
We will never represent a price increase as something it is not. When we increase pricing, we will explain the reason for the change and, where applicable, explain what additional value, programs, infrastructure, or improvements the additional revenue is intended to support.
Our goal is simple
- You should know what you're paying.
- You should know when it can change.
- You should know whether you're protected.
- And you should understand what Veda Campus is building with the money it receives.
Transparency isn't a marketing promise at Veda Campus. It's an operating standard.

Who qualifies?
To qualify for Veda Campus Price Protection:
- 1You must have an active paid recurring subscription as of December 31 immediately before the new calendar year's pricing takes effect.
- 2Your subscription must remain continuously active during the Price Protection period.
- 3Your account must remain in good standing and comply with Veda Campus's applicable Terms.
- 4Price Protection applies to the eligible recurring subscription price that you were paying at the qualifying December 31 date.
- 5Price Protection does not transfer between accounts or users.
- 6Price Protection does not apply if a member cancels, allows the subscription to lapse, or otherwise ends the qualifying recurring subscription before the protected period ends.
- 7If a member later returns after cancellation or expiration, the current publicly available price at that time applies unless Veda Campus expressly states otherwise.
- 8Price Protection applies to eligible recurring subscription pricing and does not automatically apply to transaction fees, usage-based fees, one-time purchases, optional add-ons, promotional pricing, or Sponsor University unless Veda Campus specifically states otherwise.
Important clarification
The 5-month Price Protection period is a loyalty benefit, not a permanent price guarantee. Veda Campus reserves the ability to change pricing in future calendar years.

What does the platform fee mean?
Veda Campus's platform fee is the percentage and applicable fixed amount retained from eligible transactions processed through Veda Campus.
The transaction pricing displayed above represents Veda Campus's stated platform pricing. Payment processing costs are incorporated into the applicable transaction economics and should not be represented as an additional Veda Campus fee unless specifically disclosed.

Veda Campus's goal is not to promise that prices will never change. Our promise is that we will be honest about when they change, clear about why they change, and fair about how we transition existing members.

Each Sponsor University activation currently allocates $300 per month to the Student Grant Pool and $400 per month to Veda Campus.
The Student Grant Pool is designed to support student entrepreneurship through eligible awards, competitions, and other student-focused programs established by Veda Campus.
Program allocations and uses may evolve as Veda Campus expands its campus programs and student initiatives. When material changes occur, Veda Campus will communicate them through the Sponsor University pricing and transparency record.
Sponsor University price policy
Why Sponsor University doesn't receive the same 5-month Price Protection
Sponsor University is a brand activation and program partnership rather than a standard recurring student-business subscription.
Because Sponsor University pricing is tied to the scope, value, program funding, student initiatives, and resources associated with the activation, new Sponsor University pricing may apply to existing sponsors when the new pricing becomes effective.
Veda Campus will communicate Sponsor University price changes in advance and clearly explain what is changing and what additional programs, capabilities, or student initiatives the new pricing is intended to support.
No automatic grandfathering for Sponsor University
Transparency replaces grandfathering: sponsors will be told what is changing, why it is changing, when it takes effect, and what the additional investment is intended to support.

Can Veda Campus change its prices?
Yes. Veda Campus may change pricing as the platform, technology, support, infrastructure, and programs evolve. We will communicate material pricing changes clearly.
Will my price increase immediately?
Eligible recurring members who were active as of December 31 immediately before the new calendar year's pricing receive five months of Price Protection, provided they maintain uninterrupted recurring membership.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel or allow your qualifying recurring subscription to lapse, your Price Protection ends. If you return later, the then-current price generally applies.
Does Price Protection apply forever?
No. Price Protection provides a five-month transition period following an applicable calendar-year pricing change. It is not a permanent price guarantee.
Does Price Protection apply to Sponsor University?
No. Sponsor University does not automatically receive the five-month Price Protection benefit. Sponsor University price changes will be communicated separately.
Why can Sponsor University pricing change?
Sponsor University includes brand activation, student engagement, program funding, reporting, and other resources that may evolve as Veda Campus grows.
What does the $300 Student Grant Pool support?
The Student Grant Pool is designed to support eligible student awards, entrepreneurship competitions, and student-focused programs established by Veda Campus.
Can the use of the Student Grant Pool change?
Program uses may evolve as Veda Campus's student programs develop. Veda Campus will communicate material changes and report program activity through its transparency and impact reporting.
Are Sponsor University payments tax deductible?
Veda Campus does not provide tax advice. Businesses should consult their own tax professional regarding the tax treatment of payments to Veda Campus.
