What we collect

• Information you type into a form on this site: your name, email, school, company, and any message or application details you choose to send.
• Account information when you sign in to the ambassador portal or a brand account, which uses your existing Veda Campus account.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as pages visited and referral links, used to keep the site working and to credit ambassador referrals.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, inquiry, or application.
• To review ambassador, campus, and brand applications.
• To operate accounts, referrals, points, and sponsorship billing.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who only submitted a form.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with the services needed to run Veda Campus, such as our hosting, database, email delivery, and payment providers. Payments for brand sponsorships are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information you sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@vedacampus.app or use the contact page. We keep form submissions only as long as needed to answer you and to keep records of applications and payments.

Terms of use

• This website is informational. Features, programs, and pricing described here can change, and app features are governed by the app terms.
• Submit accurate information. Applications and accounts may be declined, suspended, or closed if information is false or the program rules are misused.
• Ambassador points, rewards, and referral credit are subject to review and can be withheld for fraudulent or duplicate activity.
• Brand sponsorships are billed monthly, remain active through the period already paid for, and can be cancelled at any time.
• The Veda Campus name, logo, and site content belong to Almaz Holdings LLC. Veda Campus Campus™ is trademark pending.
• The site is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent allowed by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
